Full Menu Description:

Entrées (please select # of servings per entrée selection)

Local Turkey Breast - with roasted apple, caramelized onions and brie stuffing.  Served with pan jus.

Smoked Ham - naturally smoked local ham with apple cider and whole grain mustard glaze.  Served with spiced pear chutney

Grilled BC Steelhead Trout - Served with salsa verde

Roasted Mushroom Vol au Vent - sautéed local mushrooms in a rich Mornay sauce.  Served in putter puff pastry

Per Entrée Serving includes:

Salad - Roasted squash and local green salad with pomegranate arils, maple glazed pepitas, crumbled goat’s cheese and red wine shallot vinaigrette
