Full Menu Description:

Entrées (please select # of servings per entrée selection)

Local Turkey Breast - served with pan jus.

Smoked Ham - naturally smoked local ham with apple cider and whole grain mustard glaze.  Served with spiced pear chutney.

Grilled BC Steelhead Trout - Served with salsa verde.

Roasted Mushroom Vol au Vent - sautéed local mushrooms in a rich Mornay sauce.  Served in putter puff pastry.

Per Entrée Serving includes:

Salad - Roasted squash and local green salad with pomegranate arils, maple glazed pepitas, crumbled goat’s cheese and red wine shallot vinaigrette

- Dauphinoise Potatoes
- Roasted Heirloom Carrots and Parsnips with Maple and Thyme
- Garlic Green Beans
- Stuffing with roasted apples, caramelized onion and brie
- Cranberry-Orange Sauce
